Auditions for Little Mozarts International competition 2025 is open.

Registration deadline will be 7 days prior to the audition date. No application will be accepted after this date.

Video recordings need to be submitted to the specific audition center on applicant’s preference.

New Jersey – Rider University Yvonne Theater, Fine Arts Building classrooms 117 & 119 (2083 Lawrenceville Road, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648-3099). In-person live audition, or or recorded video submissions, April 27, 2025. Registration deadline is April 20, 2025.

New Jersey – Caldwell University, Rms. 202 & 219 at Visceglia Art Center (120 Bloomfield Ave., Caldwell, New Jersey 07006). In-person live audition, or or recorded video. Sunday, April 13, 2025. In-person live audition, or  recorded video submissions. Registration deadline is April 6, 2025. Registration is closed.

New York – Manhattan “PianoPiano Rehearsal Studios” (37 West 65th St, 4th Floor, New York, NY 10023), Sunday, May 4, 2025. In-person live audition, or recorded video submissions. Registration deadline is April 27, 2025.

Massachusetts – Sharon Music Academy, 112 N. Main St., Sharon, MA 02067. Sunday, March 30, 2025 from 9 am to 2 pm. The deadline to register for both live and online auditions is 8:00 am on Monday, March 24. The video must be added to the application form by the deadline. The deadline to apply for audition (in-person or video submission) is 7 days prior to the auditions date.

Video recording must be in one continuous shot, without edits.
Please make sure the hands and the face of the performer are always visible.
No music sheets are allowed.
Recordings made with a cell phone, tablet, or camera are acceptable.
If your composition requires accompaniment, you may use a pre-recorded accompaniment track.

Audition fees:

Solo Performance: $100
Duet: $70 per performer
Trio: $ 60 per performer
Ensemble of 4 or more members: $50 per participant.

Achievement scores (out of 30):

First Place: 27-30
Second Place: 22-26.5
Third Place: 18-21.5
Honorary Mention: 15-17.5
Audition results (video and in person) will be released in 7 – 10 after the audition date and posted on applicants’ account.

    • Participants who qualified for First, Second or Third place are eligible to participate in the competition’s Second Round.
    • The deadline to register for the recital is 10 days prior to the recital date.

All contestants must wear proper attire. The the proctor’s responsibility to inform their students that no jeans, short skirts, sneakers, or boots will be allowed.
